These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 90pkr platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, bonuses, payment transactions, and account services. By registering or using 90pkr, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using any part of the 90pkr platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 90pkr Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all interactions with the Platform, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and accessing customer support. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 90pkr relating to your use of the Platform.
To register and use the 90pkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
90pkr is required by its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. KYC documents typically required include a valid national identity document (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership.
We may request KYC documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in our request may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.
All documents submitted for KYC verification are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure, encrypted systems for document handling and do not share your KYC documents with third parties except as required by law or our regulatory obligations.
Each eligible individual may register only one account on the 90pkr Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a false identity, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any information you provide changes (including your registered mobile number or email address), you must update your account details promptly via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90pkr login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
90pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.
We strongly recommend that all 90pkr players enable two-factor authentication. This is available in your Account Settings under the Security section.
All 90pkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied to standard transactions. 90pkr does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
90pkr currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Pakistan:
90pkr reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of available deposit methods is always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.
The minimum deposit amount on 90pkr is Rs 100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which will apply to your deposit. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 90pkr PKR Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the originating bank's processing times.
90pkr does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may charge a transaction fee on their end — this is outside of 90pkr's control and responsibility.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are legally owned and registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may result in the suspension of your 90pkr account and the return of the deposited funds.
Withdrawals of real money PKR Balance are available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be placed on hold until verification is concluded. 90pkr strongly recommends completing KYC at the time of registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw winnings.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 90pkr within 24 hours of submission on business days. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within minutes once approved by our payments team. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other supported banks may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, to the extent that the payment method supports withdrawals. Where a deposit payment method does not support withdrawals, our support team will advise on alternative withdrawal options.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Players enrolled in the 90pkr VIP Programme may have enhanced withdrawal limits. All withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be communicated to players via account notifications.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by 90pkr are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money PKR Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual bonus terms. Live casino games and sports bets may have different contribution rates compared to slots. Placing bets with the minimum allowed stake across all rounds to satisfy wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
90pkr employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, 90pkr reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.
Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.
All bets placed on the 90pkr Platform are final once confirmed. 90pkr will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined in Section 8.3 below. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets you place, including the selection, stake amount, and market type.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, sports market, and table. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet. Live casino table limits are also displayed on the table lobby screen. 90pkr reserves the right to change stake limits at any time with or without prior notice.
90pkr reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
In all voiding cases, the original stake will be returned to your PKR Balance. No winnings will be paid on a voided bet.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the 90pkr Platform — including slots, virtual table games, and bingo — are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. All live casino games are streamed from licensed studios operated by certified providers. The results of all games are determined by random chance or, in the case of sports betting, by the actual outcome of the relevant sporting event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90pkr Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your PKR Balance and bonus funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

The 90pkr brand name, logo, and trademarks are the property of 90pkr and may not be used in any context without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90pkr's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real money funds deposited by you into your account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
90pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — whether arising under contract, tort, or otherwise.

Where an account is closed due to a verified violation of these Terms and Conditions, 90pkr reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any remaining PKR Balance and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for other reasons (e.g., regulatory change), any verified real money PKR Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may request the closure of your 90pkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Before processing a voluntary closure, we will ask you to confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are processed. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 90pkr's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by 90pkr's licencing authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 90pkr's support team at [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 calendar days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service provided under 90pkr's licencing framework. Details of this service are available from our support team upon request.
90pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to your registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 14.2.
